Payment Terms

Payment terms for construction services are outlined in project-specific contracts and agreements. Standard payment practices include:

  • Progress payments based on completed milestones

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may impact project timelines. Payment terms are subject to change based on project scope and client requirements.

Change Orders & Project Modifications

Changes to project scope, design, or specifications must be documented through formal change orders. This process ensures clarity and proper documentation of all modifications:

  • All change requests must be submitted in writing
  • Parry Construction will provide cost and timeline impact assessments
  • Change orders require client approval before implementation
  • Additional costs and timeline adjustments will be clearly documented
